A great start to series two. I was intoxicated….., and they got Annie back.
Looking forward to next week as the clips they showed at the end look very interesting.
I saw a magpie today on my way into work. Yep, just the one, that should have told me how my day was to pan out. So glad to be home now!
Last long day tomorrow. Thank G-d.

Maybe he just thought you were shiny...I know I do :)
Truely a maestro with words ... I like 'shiny' :-)
That was a sweet pen..I think Joli must of been with one in her hand :)
Aren’t you supposed to salute the magpie when you just see the one so it wards off the sorrow? Or shoot the bloody thing lol.
I rarely post an event in my life that concerns something serious. Having a serious ailment for example and the such I tend to keep private, I guess it’s the way I’ve been conditioned or brought up. I’m not saying it’s a good thing but it’s my thing.
Some journals I read really leave nothing to the imagination and are quite descriptive. I admire these people (I wish there wasn’t so many thou) and I wish I could express myself the same way.
I do this with people I meet too, I give very little away where it comes to my health unless I’m directly asked or I deem that person can take onboard what I tell them sensibly.
I wonder if it’s because I see it as a weakness and no one wants to show people a weak side (unless on VR, lol). Or could it be that I am embarrassed to be ill, I know I shouldn’t be and it’s just real life .. but!
I have been reading sahahria’s journal both on and off line as what I do with many a journal and I try to understand what is going on in her world.
It’s obvious she struggles as do many on VR with situations beyond their control and I so want to leave an uplifting comment but shy away as I feel it may belittle the entry.
I wish I knew her better.
Dante wrote, and I quote....
'In the middle of the journey of our life, I found myself astray in a dark wood where the straight road had been lost.'
I agree with Dante - if you always see the road ahead of you, it's not worth the trip.
Is all I can say is OMG, you don't even have to appreciate classical mussic to see how wonderful this was, it was fantastic. The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra was unbelievably brilliant. They take you on a musical extravaganza of The Dr Who shows throughout the years and on screens around the Albert Hall (with behind the scenes footage too) all carefully choreographed to fit the music score you see how it all fits together.
The finale, what can I say. They played a new version of the Dr Who theme with all the Doctor’s adversaries in full dress mixing with the people in the auditorium, and all this hosted by the latest doctor himself Matt Smith.
Now I can die!

I'm so envious.
The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. ♥
And adding Dr Who to that... ugh. I'll drool.
I'm guessing that you're in the States, so I will add that the location, 'The Royal Albert Hall' was the icing for me.
For the two messaging me ... I did spot my typo with the word 'music' .. thanks for letting me know :-)
*green* with envy...
